Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for successfully implementing, customizing, and integrating Clik2pay payment services into our customers’ businesses. You will collaborate with customers and our teams to gather and document business needs and translate them into operational requirements. A successful candidate is able to communicate and work cross-functionally with internal and external sales, product, development, and technical services teams and be able to identify roadblocks, overcome challenges in order to see projects completed effectively and in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Product, the duties and responsibilities of the Product Manager, Technical include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with customers and team members to determine solutions to customer needs
  • Prioritize features, draft requirements, and develop the product and process documentation
  • Define, collect, analyze, and optimize key metrics to inform product decisions
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups
  • Explain how product and services works to client technology teams
  • Lead product support activities throughout the lifecycle of client engagements
  • Improve usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction
  • Perform high quality program and project management ensuring disciplined process, thorough documentation, and efficient communication
  • Collaborate with managers and appropriate team members to report progress, blockers, and drive communication between development teams and client stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • 3+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience owning feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
  • Display a great disposition for working with customers and the ability to build credibility quickly
  • Self-starter capable of working independently while building and maintaining rapport with partners
  • Highly organized, excellent attention to detail and willingness/eagerness to learn is essential

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; demonstrated ability to have fun and inspire team
